AMOR MARIS - At the beginning of a journey
Although we are still at the beginning of our journey, we are already doing everything we can to minimize our ecological footprint. Minimal packaging, sustainable raw materials, and small-batch production reduce our environmental impact. We have chosen to collaborate with brands such as Stanley/Stella and Sol's, which are leading the fashion industry when it comes to sustainability. Through our collaboration with them, we help create jobs and support local communities by supporting educational projects and other initiatives.

This is important to us
The quality of our clothing is attested by a variety of certifications, which you can find in the product description or on a label on the clothing. At AMOR MARIS, we strive to offer sustainable, high-quality clothing based on fair working conditions. Some of the certifications that support us in this are:
Fair Wear: Is a non-profit organization that primarily works to improve working conditions in textile factories.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS): Primarily considers the minimum standards for natural textiles.
PETA – Approved Vegan: The logo primarily serves to raise awareness for vegan clothing and fashion. Companies must provide PETA with a statement of assurance that their products are vegan.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100: One of the world's most recognized labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer trust and high product safety.
Most of the value chain in Germany
Although we are still at the beginning of our journey, we are already committed to keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible. This starts with packaging, where we make sure to use as little packaging material as possible. At AMOR MARIS, we often reuse boxes for shipping to conserve resources. Another important focus is the use of sustainable raw materials in our textiles. We increasingly rely on materials such as organic cotton or recycled polyester. The use of these materials is clearly indicated on the garments through appropriate labels or in the product descriptions.
No overproduction
To avoid overproduction and thus further burden the environment, we at AMOR MARIS produce only small batches or on a just-in-time basis. As a German fashion label, regionality is particularly important to us. Therefore, our products are embroidered and printed in Northern Germany. The designs come directly from the coast, inspired by the sea.
For certain textiles, such as jackets and hoodies, we have chosen to collaborate with companies like Stanley/Stella, leaders in the fashion industry when it comes to sustainability and fair wear. Their production facilities are located in China and Bangladesh, for example. Through this partnership, we contribute to creating secure jobs and supporting local communities by supporting educational projects and other initiatives.
